At
Steel & Trucks we produce rod hangers ,flanges and hooks,
mainly for the automotive industry, which are used in exhaust
and chassis systems.
ROD
HANGERS
Currently
we have an installed production capacity of 60,000 rod hangers,
in the following diameters: 3/8", 10 mm, ½"
and 14 mm, in 409 ,HiNi (Hi Niquel) stainless steel and LCS.
FLANGES
The
installed capacity at Steel & Trucks for this component
is 64,000 flanges per day, and we have dies with capacities
ranging from 20 to 400 tons.
HOOKS
We
manufacture hooks for automotive industry in the following
diameters: 10 to 35 mm or 1045,4140 10B22 carbon steel.
Our
raw materials are stainless steel and carbon steel. We are
the only Mexican company with a cold forge process. Therefore,
our rod hangers ,flanges and hooks maintain the original characteristics
of resistance and durability of steel..
